Notes: Because i get the links down so often and i need to fix them so much, im STRONGLY reccomending you click 'Remind Me When This Page is Updated' at the top. Then every time i fix them and you havent found RM2K3 yet you will know they are here!
 
Edit: Downloads for this program have defenatly been going uphill, i am about to finally upload mirrors incase the normal one is down, i am trying as hard as i can to keep theese files up. If they seem down, i get my files from the website below.

NOTE TO 2K3 RTP USERS:
DOWNLOAD THE NEW RTP. You need to do this because all future releases of RM2K3 (RPGadvocates and Aleirth and SoulFangs) will be using this RTP. So un-install and delete the other RTP. And download this one. And if you're sticking with Aleriths and Soulfangs v1.03, then download the RTP patch too.
